The Krokong Cave Centre Opening early 2008 The Cave Centre is set in a beautiful location at the base of a large cliff in Krokong about 1 hour from Kuching. Here is a typical itinerary: 09:00 Leave Kuching. (Transport options) 10:00 The Cave Experience - A presentation during which you will learn all about the caves. 11:00 Learn to abseil. Our purpose built structure and state of the art equipment make abseiling easy - anyone can do it!13:00 Light Lunch 14:00 Safety Briefing. Safety is our number 1 priority. We will explain how to use the equipment and how to stay safe in the cave. 14:30 Go Caving. You can either put your new skills to the test and abseil into the cave or take a different route where no ropework is required 16:00 Clean up. Get out of the muddy clothes and take a shower ready for... 17:00 Food. We've got a range of local delicacies lined up for you at our partner restaurant. 18:00 Depart for Kuching 19:00 Arrive back in Kuching Note that timings are approximate.
